- these pictures were took with a digital camera and took in daylight, the angles of the lens is basic a point of view shot at a wide angle from the person natural height.
These photographers used things such as a tinted sun-glasses lens, condoms, string cheese and black laced underwear as filters. (http://gizmodo.com/5846828/24-photos-from-crazy-homemade-filters)

these photos above were all taken in daylight with Digital cameras, the angle of the first two images it pointing up and the angle of the third image is from above and it's also more then likely shot as a macro image or generally close up and they appear to have not had any post production added to them.

This image was taken in candlelight by a digital camera at a low angle close up with no post production editing.

This image was taken with a digital camera, in possibly daylight although I flash could have being used- there's no way to definatly tell as the in camera effect has changed it colors hiding this fact. The angle has being taken from above and in a macro shot.
