TIM. task 18 and 19. Image and Text.

Low angle from a different perspective.

high angle from a different perspective.

low angle.

waist height.

High angle.

By doing this I have noticed that shots taken with the zoom(55mm) are poorer quality, not as much light is allowed through the lens so the photos are dull and lifeless, the colours are drained ever so slightly. But although The zoom has negative effects, it picks up on greater detail of the subject, it cuts out background and foreground distractions, it creates a more personal prospective and makes the photo clearly more focus on the subject itself rather then the scene around the subject which in some cases make the background look cleaner and less busy.

I can see that without the zoom, having the camera at 18mm the images are a much better quality, more light can pass through the lens making the colours bolder and making the subject look more life-like. More of the background can be shown which could help the narrative of the image if that's the type of image needed.

Also by changing angle and a different lens can change the appearance of a model; the wide lens makes the model appear much larger and the 55mm lens makes the model appear slimmer.
A high angle shot will make the model appear shorter, and a low angle shot will appear to make the model's legs look longer and make them look much taller.
