Black and White photography(Independent research.)

Black and white photos emphasize the contrast of light and shadows without the distraction of colour because there is no colour the other elements of photography stand out more in black and white photos and because of this the photography must pay more attention to lighting, textures, and the composition within the frame.

Letters hunt.

went out and hunted for the A-Z letters in the correct order, then put them all together on photoshop. I only got to P within the time I had.

I used the "Spot Healing Brush tool" to get rid of spots.
I used Curves to change the tone of the picture, making it slightly lighter.
I used the "Forward Wrap tool" tool on my eyes.

I turned the image Black and White.

I used the contrast and brightness, to lighting my skin tone a little.

I went back steps until the image was back in colour-
I created a duplicate layer. Then adjusted the contrast of the picture.
then I created another duplicate layer, and I used the "Bloat tool" on my eyes.

Photoshoping.

Today we were using photoshop to manipulate photos of ourselfs.
I went onto liquify the image, using the bloat tool to make my eyes,mouth and cheeks bigger. Another too to spread out certain pixels of the image and then the mirror tool to change the background of the picture.

watermark.

We learnt how to watermark out photos on Photoshop.
By adding a transparent layer to one of our own images, then typing in what we wanted our watermark to say, changing the front and size to how we wished then then we edited the layer and added a drop shadow, inner glow and outer glow.
then we flattened both images together.
